With the establishment of Eleqtus’ European operations in January 2023, Allen Jones brings a wealth of experience and expertise to Hoalani’s business unit, playing a pivotal role in shaping its global direction. Over the course of his distinguished career spanning nearly two decades, Allen has held progressive leadership positions in renowned IT companies operating in both the enterprise and consumer sectors. This extensive background has endowed him with a broad international perspective and a proven track record in implementing successful strategies, particularly in harnessing the potential of cross-functional and geographically dispersed teams to achieve ambitious financial objectives in high-pressure, results-oriented environments.

Allen’s appointment serves as a testament to Eleqtus’ ambitious vision of becoming a market-defining Enterprise Content Management (ECM) company. By offering a distinctive combination of innovative software solutions and consultative services, the company strives to deliver exceptional value to its clients. With a dedicated workforce of over 60 highly skilled professionals spanning three countries and two continents, Eleqtus already provides expert support in resolving complex challenges associated with clients’ critical business processes. Originally hailing from Atlanta, Georgia, Allen’s journey to his current position has been characterized by a diverse range of experiences. Proudly serving in the United States military before embarking on his academic pursuits, Allen’s dedication and intellectual prowess were duly recognized when he graduated with Interdisciplinary Honors as a Schreyer Graduate from Pennsylvania State University. His academic achievements include a Bachelor of Science in Management and International Business from the esteemed Smeal College of Business, where he graduated Summa Cum Laude, as well as a Bachelor of Science in German with Magna Cum Laude honors, accompanied by a Minor in International Studies. Since 2001, Allen and his family have made Germany their home, embracing the vibrant culture and flourishing business landscape of the country.

Lisa directs Hoalani Group's global human resource strategy to support the business needs of the organization and its employees, while nurturing the unique company culture that she has helped to build during the past decade. With 25 years of management experience, Lisa has honed the ability to use her acute perceptive nature and trusted relationship building skills to mentor employees and develop the most effective teams. She focuses on strengthening organizations through effective communication and strategic vision.

Jesper’s passion for Microsoft Dynamics, combined with 25+ years of consulting, sales and business development experience, has been instrumental in providing clients with best-in-class solutions, services and support. Jesper has a broad management foundation and longstanding experience with B2B sectors in Europe, the Americas, the Middle East and Australia. He studied economics, investment and asset management, environmental management and business strategy at Copenhagen Business School.

Laurent Urich joined the Hoalani Group in August of 2023, and is a Global Sales Director for its business unit, Eleqtus. He has quickly established himself as a trusted advisor in ECM solutions and implementations, consistently prioritizing client needs and skillfully managing relationships from team members to C-Level Stakeholders. Laurent holds a degree in Business Administration, is fluent in seven languages, and has over 15 years of professional experience.

Primerose is a project management professional with an educational background in Computer Science. Her journey as a co-founder of a tech startup in Ghana reflects her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to success. In her role as Project and Operations Lead, she demonstrated effective leadership, mentorship, and coaching, which played a crucial role in the expansion of the business to Nigeria and South Africa.

One of Primerose’s key strengths is her customer-centric approach, ensuring that client needs are met. Her ability to work on diverse projects with various clients, resulting in high returns on investment, speaks volumes about her expertise and capability in the field. Primerose’s commitment to continuous improvement is evident in her proactive approach to learning.

She acquired a Google Project Management Certificate in 2021, applying the knowledge gained to enhance the success of multiple projects. In 2023, she further advanced her project management skills by obtaining a PMP certificate, showcasing her dedication to staying at the forefront of industry standards. Her focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders and clients highlights her interpersonal skills and the value she places on collaboration. Delivering projects on time is a testament to her efficient project management capabilities.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Primerose enjoys leisure activities such as watching movies, taking long walks, and spending quality time with friends over brunch or engaging in local activities. This balance between work and personal interests reflects a well-rounded individual who values both professional success and a fulfilling personal life.

Dirk has the sales responsibility for our Eleqtus business in the Germany, Austria and Switzerland region. He is a people person and advises our strategic partners and end customers on how to optimize business processes through ECM solutions.

He has a long and diverse experience in IT solution sales. Over the past 23 years, Dirk has held various sales management roles as Partner Manager and Sales Manager at IBM, Oracle and other leading international software vendors, gaining broad technology expertise and a wealth of experience in SaaS, PaaS and IaaS solutions.

Dirk holds a university degree in sociology and economics with a focus on organizational development. He devotes his free time especially to music. In addition to the piano, he also plays the guitar and trumpet and is trained as a choir director and professional singer.

Martí Salazar is consultant for Eleqtus. He is skilled in continuous improvement, purchase planning and shipping management, mostly related to warehouse and supply-chain industries. Martí is experienced in Microsoft Power BI, Database Oracle, and SPSS in addition to being fluent in four languages. His customer-first attitude paired with his knowledge of lean manufacturing and planning allows for him to provide the best solutions and goals for customers.

Martí has spent the last seven years working in varies roles across several industries related to supply chain management and planning. With us, Martí is focused on helping customers with incident management, continuous process improvement, application support, and I/O management.

A creative and uplifting individual, Martí is always coming up with new solutions and ideas and aids his teammates in their efforts to support customer needs. Martí is based in Barcelona and speaks Catalan and Spanish natively, but is also fluent in English and French.

Nasir is Eleqtus’ resident cloud specialist. He has comprehensive experience in development and customization of Dynamics 365 and IT infrastructure and cloud solutions. He is actively working in the Azure space which includes setting up and configuring of Azure resources such as Virtual Machines, Azure App Service and Azure Virtual Networks in addition to actively pursuing multiple Microsoft certifications.

Nasir’s skill set includes provisioning of Dynamics 365 applications, Microsoft 365 administration, Hyper V/VMware technologies, PC hardware setup, configuration, repair, testing, and troubleshooting, Azure Active Directory, Azure BackUp, and Azure Data Factory.

Nasir is a self-starter who does not wait to be asked, but instead seeks out new learning opportunities. He actively engages with his teammates, and listens to learn. Nasir is eager to expand his knowledge base, responds well to coaching opportunities, and is a great asset to the development team. He shows immediate application of new information and works to achieve the goals of the customer. Additionally, he has spent significant time in customer service practice. Nasir adds value for his clients and his company with his efficiency and a performance-driven attitude.

After earning his Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems, Roger consulted as a Software Developer in Manufacturing, where he developed an understanding of process workflows. Regardless of the complexity of the assignment, he can envision solutions from start to finish and everything in between.

For over twenty years, Roger has worked in the Enterprise Content Management space as both a Consultant and Project Manager, earning his PMP® credential in 2019. He takes pride in building relationships with customers and providing creative solutions. Roger brought 15 years of experience directly related to the Lasernet Product when he joined the team in 2021.

The work-life balance is important, and Eleqtus is a huge proponent. In his spare time, Roger can be seen rolling around town on his electric unicycle or working as a property management handyman. Weather permitting, he is either inside a kayak or bound to a snowboard when not camping or attending live sporting events, theater, or concerts.

Roger is always up for new challenges, expanding relationships, and exceeding expectations.

Joseph is a knowledgeable Lasernet consultant and developer with experience in document management and output optimization. Joseph uses Lasernet to assist businesses in changing their workflows. He is exceptional at document design, creating FDDs, managing output, automating processes, and integrating data.

Joseph is committed to providing successful Lasernet solutions that increase efficiency. He is well known for his problem-solving skills and client-centered approach. Joseph continuously broadens his knowledge by keeping up with the most recent Lasernet software releases. He is constantly involved in industry events and training programs and has a degree in Information Technology.
