With a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems under his belt, Roger embarked on a career journey that saw him consulting as a Software Developer in Manufacturing, where he honed his expertise in understanding intricate process workflows. Armed with a keen ability to envision solutions from conception to execution, Roger has amassed over two decades of experience in the Enterprise Content Management arena, wearing hats as both a seasoned Consultant and adept Project Manager. His commitment to excellence was underscored by the attainment of his PMP® credential in 2019.

Roger thrives on cultivating strong relationships with clients, priding himself on delivering innovative and tailored solutions to meet their diverse needs. His extensive expertise in the Lasernet Product spans 20 years, a testament to his deep understanding of its nuances and capabilities.

At Eleqtus, Roger found a workplace culture that aligns with his values, one that champions work-life balance. When he's not busy providing top-notch solutions, Roger can be found exploring his hobbies, from navigating town on his electric unicycle to lending a hand as a property management handyman.
